I have noticed that sometimes the kojic acid serum that we get is very brown but sometimes its pale yellow colour... Why does that happen....in thjs vdo the serum u are showing is pale yellow colour but in some reviews its too brown ....whyy

Bcz of photo-oxidation.. it turns brown! it means it oxidises and changes color! when its fresh its yellow in color !

Wash your face with a face wash, then mix it with a hyaluronic acid based moisturiser and use it. Let me know if it helps 🫰🏻
