He also elucidates how Nyatri Tsanpo, the first monarch of Tibet, was an ancestor of the Ladakhi Dynasty, the origins of the Ladakhi people and how the 33rd King of Tibet, Chosgyal Songtsan Gampo converted to Buddhism from Bon religion.

Nyetri tsenpo was not from india but from kongpo region of Tibet who established the dynasty of Yarlung dynasty.

@taidelek9994 According to all the great Buddhist chronicles of Central Tibet (DT., GR., Bu-ston), the founder of the Tibetan dynasty is gNa-k'ri-btsan-po, the first member of the line of the seven K'ri's (thrones) and the son of an Indian king (1) whose name varies in the different texts. This is confirmed also by other sources. Several Ladakhi inscriptions of the XVI, XVII and XVIII centuries speak of gNa-k'ri-btsan-po as the first king of the dynasty. The only Bon-po chronicle yet edited' also accepts this version," which to all intents and purposes may be called official. It is the only account to be found in all the existing Tibetan chronicles, and no other version is known. 1. The most commonly found name is Prasenajt of Kośala. Abbreviations CFD = Chronicle of the fifth Dalai-Lama. DT = Deb-t'er-sńon-po. GR = rGyal-rabs-gsal-bai-me-lon. LdGR = La-dvags rgyal-rabs. at 8:09 , pllease corrrect the misinformation , the third tribe was brokpa tribe . they speaks a different language like brokskat /shina et c. but you have shown a balti people . the balti people are the tibetan tribe . they are the decendent of tibetan people just like the ladakhis and they speak a balti ,which is dilect of tibetan..
