What baffles me is how quick she was to believe strangers. Raised by someone for 25 years, the love should be present and grace should have been extended. Any misunderstandings could have been solved with communication, but I digress because she didn't believe her dad even when he was telling her the truth in her face. I agree with the fathers, actions do have consequences. Such a pity though. I feel awful for her father, raising a child for 25 years and sacrificing so much only for them to treat you like garbage. But I feel better knowing his biological child is a great person and they were given a second chance to be together.
