Because its from a clip or a frame of the anime. The frame you know when animating from 1 frame then another. Thats why its like that because thats not the pose its just a motion to the pose he's doing

Man seeing how cool the fight in the first ep looked made me sad that the rest of the anime was just basic day-to-day stuff, and even when there *was* a fight, it was over in less than a minute, and didn't look nearly as cool
