Supreme court level is reduced to a mere security discussion platform. Top Supreme court judges are discussing about these issues. It's a shame on our country. In West Bengal there are 28 Govt. Medical College ( including one AIIMS in Kalyani) and 9 private Medical colleges ( some of which are in PPP MODE). Therefore , there are 37 Medical Colleges in West Bengal. And not 47. I think the state counsel is always saying yes as per the nos of medical colleges concerned.

Without a thought for their basic needs. The legal aide for the Govt appears to be gaslighting. almost 50 days have passed and he is asking for two more weeks to even formulate a policy... By not a thorough security policy should have been in place to assure that all doctors and patients are safe... Even the morgue seems unsafe presently

CJ gives him time and space to speak & never cut -off Mr Sibbal's speech; however I see senior advocates & legal scholars have no mannerism during hearings.... they cut each other and no patience to wait till other speaker completes their speech!!!! Is it a civilized way of discussion!?
