This book is also one of my favourite and i read it 7-8 years ago , when i was 22-23 years old and was going to a job that i wanted to quit so bad for 2 years , and be a personal trainer in the gym. After i finish the book i open KZbin and found the podcast with Tom Bilyeu and yourself. To add to what you said in the video, I'm not religious. But I have been doing this practice for a while where I copy my journals into ChatGPT and ask it to generate a letter from the devil about how he would destroy me. Then I ask ChatGPT how to avoid the problems in the letter. It's a good idea because it's very specific to your current life situation, and it usually makes you more aware of the actual problems in your life that you might not even realize you have. For example, I met this woman a few months back at university, and at one point in my journal, I mentioned how I felt like when I'm with my other male friends, I worry that it hurts her when I'm not around. The letter basically said that this is what the devil would want because, by me always being with her, it would actually ruin the relationship. It also told me that the devil would want to isolate me from my male friends so that if it didn't work out, I would have no one. I don't usually comment but just wanted to say thank you Bedros. I'm only 19 and still have a lot of progress to make, but your content has made me actually focus on trying to be a better man for my future wife and children.

I cut a lot of people out of my life recently of negativity. And i showed them nothing but humility and grace. It was not easy. I'm still going through it. I always drop what im doing to help. Then, I am standing alone when I rarely ask for it. I turned my life to god, and things got so much easier. Im 33 and haven't dated in almost a decade. I got rid of all my social media outside of LinkedIn. Because im in business school for SCM. Trying to better my life. And I plan to start an organic regenerative farm. So I can grow organic produce and possibly maybe some grass fed meats and eggs.

I think God or the good power wants us to choose him or it not be forced to choose him or it. There is no light without darkness, no good without bad. If things were only good, we'd be in a heavenly utopia and there would be no need for personal growth.

I listened to your show and I too, attended a church in California that was a major turn off but I would not judge my experience based on the 1 church. I returned to the Catholic Church here is SC and I have had a very different experience. I don’t want to be labeled as a holy roller or religious zealot but that list can only be defeated through the love of Christ and that comes by developing an intimate relationship with him. A person has to start with prayer, contemplative prayer( a prayer from the heart) and let their path unfold from there. The relationship with Christ changes your life. No life coach or motivator can get you there. This is an internal job of the heart.
