I have been dealing with a contentious panic attack for years since I was 7 I'm 16 now and still dealing with it I was administered into a behavioral clinic they put me on medication to help me but I had every allergic reaction to them and even suicidal actions... I went to a church camp during a time I was overdosing on cbd to calm myself The my pastor made laid hands on me for anxiety I felt the presence of God so strong my life changed so much that I finally found who I truly was after 9 years Praise God for what he has done I gave my life back to God after straying away years ago

It’s good that you can express yourself and how you were talking about those memories that we hold on when we’re younger. Those memories are called core memories stuff that you can’t forget because they were important parts of your life or you felt so much anger there you now have to remember it because it’s one of those core memories the one that’s to those emotions the most, like when I was younger I used to hang out with my mom a lot and she used to take me to work and let me ride around in the cart so that’s what I remember when I was younger because I love my mom and it was a cherished mom when my dad got so angry at me for not doing my work and I was on my tablet he hit the wall and left it dead When my grandma died, I felt so much sadness inside, but didn’t know why I didn’t cry that that hurt me me not crying hurt me me not letting my feelings out hurt my feelings I hurt myself in ways emotionally. That’s a pretty good example of anger, happiness and sadness, those are all core memories

I was upset with my self mad with everyone and I prayed to god to help me not to be mad annoyed and be a better person because I felt like I was tired my family didn’t understand if I was upset about something And I prayed to god to help me be a better person to help me not to be mad at my family to get better grades and to stop having “thoughts” After a week maybe I had a family member have a baby and at first I thought cute but later on when I was mad at my family again i turned my phone on and the baby’s was my back screen but I looked at the picture and told my self I was going to be a better person for her because I’m never going to really see the baby and I wanted to be like a role model and be able to help with things for her That night I realized god but her in my life to help me because every time something challenges me I think about her and I also stopped being upset/ annoyed with my family.

Reminds me of my testimony man I'm 16 I was saved when I was little and I had a string relationship with God until 12 then the anxiety and depression right 3 years later I was suicidal nobody knew I start cutting at 13 and did it for 3 years ( till about 6 months ago when I realized how much God loved me and he has a purpose for my and I'm more valuable then gold ) and now I'm a very very devoted Christian, life's rough Jesus never said it would be easy what he did say was give it to him he can handle it

God bless you, Jesus can truly change peoples hearts, we just gotta give him a chance, I gave my life to Christ Sept 2023 at the rroc church and it has been the best decision of my life…I suffered from anxiety and depression, sometimes I got drunk just to forget about my bad anxiety. After I gave my life to him the spiritual warfare started, also had sleep paralysis a few times, the enemy came attacking me hard, I felt his hot breath on my neck, he covered my mouth so hard so I wouldnt scream, and there so much more but I stopped him with prayer and reading my bible more. I loveee Jesus so much❤❤he is alive, he listens, he speaks, he heals, he delivers and restores our lives❤️🙏🏼 I was baptized with the holy spirit, that was about a month ago, that day I felt God inside of me, I spoke in so many different tongues and felt his presence so intense, like electricity running through my body, thay day marked my life forever. Jesus is real people, believe him because he is telling the truth❤️🙏🏼

Here’s a free story: One day a man was taking a run and he never takes runs it’s just that day he felt energetic and wanted to run. Anyways he kept running and saw this girl that looked stressed and sad and just in a bad mood. He PRAYED a Hail Mary for her while still running just praying for her. I not even kidding bro back in 9th grade when I was 14 I got suspended 3 times because of my behavior i harassed every girl at school wearing yoga pants i just found it weird when girls were yoga pants for no reason not only i harassed girls at school i even harassed a speech teacher, I got sent by the principal office they called my parents my mom was beating me up because of me and my behavior 😥 my brother didn't get suspended just me. but right now I'm 15 and hopefully, everyone knows that my behavior is gonna change God Is Good. 👍
