Nice video. Does this fit chassis cabs as well? Your website does not call out. I would assume so, but wanted to ask.

Is the roof on that truck matte black?

Yes. I just got mine and it's powder coat black--does have a slight sheen to it but I definitely wouldn't call it glossy.

Does the shipment include printed instruction? What size pilot hole needs to be drilled. Is there anything other rivets that can be used? Will the rivets lossen in the holes over time with vibration and weight?

Hi John, there are PDF instructions on the website. Being such a small hole a pilot bit is not necessary especially when paired with a good center punch. You can however use a pilot bit. We reccomend a 1/8" drill bit if you do. We do not reccomend using anything other than the included rivets. They will not loosen overtime. We have been using this method for a few years and never seen an issue with a rivet coming loose.

@@sherpaec I'm considering one of these for a 3500 instead of the yakima tracks and cross bars i put on my 1500. I would really rather use a rivut rather than rivet so it can all be removed without drilling. Are you recommending to not do that? Thanks in advance.

have these been installed on a RAM with a sunroof? Can you leave space for the sunroof in the front? Maybe remove a crossbar?

Yes, they definitely can. Our silver 22' has a sunroof and was designed around such. You can move the crossbars wherever you need to to accommodate the opening. The only ones that can not move are the ones mounting to the vehicle.

I like your product but have a giant concern. Corrosion. What do you use to prevent it with aluminum contacting steel?

If you are referring to the stainless steel hardware, it is coated in a very high-quality Black Zintek coating that has very high corrosion resistance in addition to a top coat.

The rivets used are stainless steel, so no worries there, especially sealed with the included silicone.@@stewartperry7797

What is the length of the rack? If i was to use the rack for an iKamper 2.0, how much might the RTT overhang at the front, and/or the back?

Crew Cab version is 64” and the Megacab is 74.5”.
