Fresh, Easy Tomato Sauce:
Place cherry tomatoes in a casserole dish and drizzle a little evoo on top and bake at 380 until tender (approx. 15 min.), then take out of the oven then add the eggplant dish to the oven for 15 - 20 minutes until tender. In the meantime puree the cherry tomatoes, crushed red pepper, salt, balsamic vinegar & the rest of the garlic & onions.

Hi Karen, as Always a wonderful video filled w amazement. I’m a retired woman of 75. I worked and retired for IBM and Macy’s in my later yrs. I raised 3 beautiful children. Lost our our gorgeous Lisa 2 yrs ago😢😢😢which brought me to Karen and Lauren. You’ve been a Godsend. I’m in awe of you 2. Lisa. Gave us our 1 and only grand child Madison. Sweet 16. What I wouldn’t give for more❤️My daughter Christine49 owns an amazing beautiful hair Salon. “Uptown Cutters” which was practically gifted to her by my friend, her boss. Christine is in my text pic in her Wedding gown. Sweet Sweet girl. I’m next to her and then our Son Joey.
