@@richardbossman9875I have to vehemently disagree with you. The “god” fearing have always been more violent. Look at the History of Catholicism, Islam or even the Aztec religion; they have killed a multitude of multitudes in the name of “god”. We have yet to see any group of Atheists getting together to kill someone because of their refusal to forgo their fantastical insanity that there is a mythical nonsensical “god” creature. So both of your points are easily dispensed with. Put on your Big Boy Panties and grow up.

Karl Marx: approximately 60 million people Ho Chi Minh: approx 1.5 million people Mao Zedong: 40-80 million people Shall I continue?.... And I'm sure many of us thought we were, as a species, putting this kind of thing behind us once and for all. Everything moves in a circle. Today is the dawn of a new feudal era-- including the barbarity that came alongside class warfare, the utter dominance of the psychopathic rich, the generalized hatred of the poor and the refugee, mercenary hired armies, induced shortages, gross inequity, widespread famine and pestilence, hoarding of wealth and property and resources, and all the rest of it. God help us. What a miserable species we are!

Goddamn. You know what’s seriously fucked up? We are one step out of that vicious, monstrous way of life. With all the bigotry and hate that’s going on today, we are literally a step away from that kind of inhuman behavior. Plus, those were papal troops that treated other humans that way (yes, I know they were the family of a bastard himself, and he deserved punishment, although I don’t know if anyone deserves to watch their innocent children brutalized then murdered in front of them) that right there is the loving and kind history of Christianity. And people wonder why I’m not a big fan of the human race overall.

I've watched many, probably now most, of the videos on this channel and without a doubt this is the most disturbing. Why? Because we are ourselves throughout the World seeing a breakdown in society, the rules- both written and un-written that deal with how we govern others, are governed by others and how we seek 'justice' when wronged, are all quickly dissolving. Anyone who thinks we cannot reach this level of barbarity needs to remember that for all our technology, our individual psyche has evolved little in aeons. We are, as someone put it, chimpanzees with i-phones.
