(Rough calculation.) The average home has between 5 and 10% committed to closet storage. That's what, a 20x25 foot closet? So 500sf. That means typically that apartment could be around 5000sf. The median price per square yard for an apartment for sale in Chicago is around $4,000. 5000sf is ~4180 square yards. $4,000*4180=$16,720,000. So now we have a general idea of how much Jack does NOT have invested in Bitcoin. (Hopefully he's paying the note with Strike Bill Pay which is pretty freaking cool. If not then he invests in Bitcoin AND real estate.)

HODLR here since 2021. Just thought I'd bring this up: "May 1, 1933 - President Roosevelt's Executive Order 6102 required U.S. citizens to deliver on or before May 1, 1933, all but a small amount of gold coin, gold bullion, and gold certificates owned by them to the Federal Reserve". 1971 America leaving the Gold Standard is the reason why Gold isn't treated the same in modern times 1971 the American Government want to funded a War since then Countries all left the Gold Standard & very few to no Countries have their money backed by anything as to the difference between the Bitcoin Network & Bitcoin the Coin I think you missed the mark & didn't break it down it a simple enough concept for Non Crypto people to really get but at least your trying
