The part about the coffee hit me, I felt that. Coffee is what I look forward to every morning. I love the way I make my coffee. So much I hate Starbucks and other coffee shops. I enjoy the whole thing, the making it, the smell, the taste. I have PSA and I know it is really bad when I can't get to the kitchen to make my coffee. Unfortunately there are too many of those bad days.

I know my fatigue is bad when I drink my morning coffee but end up falling back to sleep for a few more hours. One time this happened after 2 cups of coffee back to back! I do have PsA and the fatigue has been very prominent in my symptoms. I will often muster up the strength to take a shower or bath before running errands or go to a doctor appointment, but then I have to lie down and rest before even getting dressed.
