Roger Strömberg only started Judo and BJJ early last year and I’m learning that a lot of BJJ is in Judo Newaza I have read a bit about Kano Jigoro and his Jujitsu migrating to Brazil before he named it Judo.

Hey man, could you do a video on tips for a high school wrestler going into Judo? (based on current rules) Im really having trouble attacking from an upright position and doing things like lateral dropss without my back landing first. (in wrestling it doesnt matter) Thanks!
