The biggest difference between a Public and a Private company is that in a Public company, the shareholders are your boss, but in a private company, your boss is your boss.

Communism and Capitalism are very similar but have their own differences.

@@matias1278 I did not do much research but the difference is that in communism, all property is publicly owned and in capitalism, property is privately owned with trade being controlled by competition.
