Great video. Didn't know about holowviewing. Important thing you said and not many know , is to use blue frame only once !! Also many believe imagination nshould be in first person. That's is not to project to third person's view ...but Silva doesn't make this point ...I saved your video..very useful . Thank you for your time ..last couple of sentences I couldn't understand though!!!

Not sure if your still picking up comments from this but here's my question: can you use holoviewing with an open ended question ? You talk about finishing the process by visualising what you want as if it were already accomplished (using the past tense - btw, very Neville Goddard ). Well, if you know what you want, why do you need guidance? So how would you use this technique if you don't know what you want? Loved the mirror of the mind explanation. I never knew you only did the blue frame once. Major take away. Thank you.

Hi, Is the Holo-viewing method new? I read the book "The Silva Mind Control Method" by Jose Silva. There was no mention of Holo-viewing in it.

Hi, yes it was added to the n 2006 when the Basic Lecture Series upgraded to Silva Life and Intuition System. It works like magic, give it a try!

Yes, for sure you can, and they can even be as short as 5 seconds to a minute. Just create the “feeling” you get in the peak moment of the white frame, which you I’m sure lock in with your 3 finger technique, then anytime in the day, you can access that same state by pressing your 3 fingers together, seeing the white frame solution on your mental screen and feel it! It works like magic. The more you do that, the more familiar that “feeling” becomes, the closer the manifestation. With repetition the manifestation becomes the “next logical step”. That’s expectancy. That’s faith, and once you have that, the manifestation must come. It’s the law of attraction. Better and better 💕

I would use Holoviewing as in your example you are looking for guidance to get "there".

Hi, the Mental Viewing technique is not part of Silva Life and Intuition System so I can’t comment. The Mirror of the Mind is the most popular goal attainment technique. Hope that helps. Hi Lucy, in the current Silva Life and Intuition System there is Mirror of the Mind as the main technique for goal achievement and problem solving. 3 Scenes was removed from the program (not to say it doesn't work, it does). I love Mirror of the Mind and I have got tremendous results from it, so keep practicing Mirror of the Mind, and I'm sure you'll get the results you are seeking.

I got used to the three scene method bc that’s what was in the book. In the mirror of the kind technique, after the first time, do you only keep visualizing the white mirror with the solution on the left side of your screen until it comes into fruition? Also, once it comes into fruition (say for example “I am now more efficient at work”, and now I am after visualizing it) do I have to keep doing the visualizations?
