Is she a character to skip? That's a good question. She's not out yet so I have no conclusion but for now she seems like a character top players like to pull. Crit dmg is one of the highest multiplier for scores so she will be really good for ranks. For other players I think the key thing is her SP regen. If SP consumption is gonna be a huge thing in the future like we run out of SP in 90% of boss fights, then this Riko will be important. However that remains to be seen.

I’m not gonna say she’s a character to skip but I will say skip if u don’t want her at some point you gotta save your gems for someone crazy and with out spending especially after the titan Kasumi just passed no way ppl are gonna have enough with out spending money characters will rerun if you feel you don’t need her then don’t pull it’s not like rocket science
