It's very interesting to read all the comments.I think when we are talking about Santana dharma(Hinduism) in English ,the definitions and terminologies need to be exact.(Or better to use original words).Because the basic foundation of it is so different from abrahamic faiths.eg.What does God mean exactly?The abrahamic definition of God itself does not fit any Hindu concept,so how can one answer how many gods we have?In Hinduism humans have created the concept of anthropomorphic deities(not gods)there is no separation between creator and creation and between humans and other living beings.while in abrahamic religions God has made humans in his own image and created animals for human survival.Exactly the opposite concept.Thus, while using English words a lot gets lost in translation.Hinduism is pluralistic (different ways to reach Moksha),in abrahamic faiths this idea is alien.That is also why they call Hinduism polytheistic instead.I do not think direct philosophical comparisons as in the reviewed video are even possible without contextual understanding of these concepts.

Hinduism has many sects like other religions where some of the beliefs vary. In Hinduism, there is the Arya Samaj . Arya Samaj believes in one God who is eternal, formless, and unseen. Hey brother, I really like your videos and I follow them. So about reincarnation - It means coming back to life once this life is over. But how we come back to this earth depends on how we live and what we do. And not by what we wish to be born. For example, god gave humans the power to think. Humans are the only creature with verticle spinal cord and all the others are with horizontal spinal. Means humans can think, learn about something that can't be seen and experience the creation whereas others can only live by the rules of nature and follow the nature. In Hinduism, we believe that god gave us human form to attain knowledge about god and try to break the cycle of birth and death as mentioned in the video. Assume that a man spends his life just by eating and resting his entire life and not doing anything, there is a creature which does the same namely python (snake). The God gave him this life for a purpose and he spend his time like this, then if he reincarnates, then the next life will be as python or something that just eats and rests. I am just trying to give a general idea about reincarnation. We Hindus believe that God keeps track of our every moment of life and how we spend it. If we are doing good deeds, he will give us a life which is more suitable to do even more good deeds until we break the cycle of birth and death.

Actually, their is no concept of 'reincarnation of an individual', in sanatan dharm but 'as a whole'. For example a wave forms from sea water and then eventually met the sea,the another wave forms from the same sea water from same sea and meet the end similarly as of former wave. Can you say it reincarnation of previously formed wave, ofcourse not; but sea itself created both waves,so it's an ReIncarnation at Macro level or for sea water, not in micro or not in point of view of any of the two waves.
