The Different Note Lengths

*The commonly known names of whole notes and half notes are semibreves and minims respectively. However, like in this video, whole notes and half notes were once called breves and semibreves respectively. It is recommended to stick to the first way (semibreves and minims), as it is currently universally accepted.
