I was trained as a professional chef back in the 80’s at the best culinary school in the country. Now I am older, retired and taking care of an elderly parent. The Combi allows me to create awesome meals in less than half the normal time! I am IN LOVE with this device!

Maybe you could share with some of us that aren't a chef how to use this oven, I would be incredibly grateful, I cook for one and that in itself is challenging enough.

@@debbiecharles8931 There are multiple videos on KZbin showing ways to create Combi meals- starch, veggie, and protein. The “Inspiration Book” that comes with the oven lays out all of the steps. Yes, there is a learning curve, just like with any device, but it is relatively easy and the booklet makes it even more so. I can’t give you a blow by blow in this limited space, but I can tell you that I cooked: half acorn squash in 20 minutes, x-lg chicken thighs, with mushroom risotto and broccoli spears in 25 minutes, Bolognese Sauce (recipe in the booklet) which is an outstanding recipe!

I loved the way you explained this! It’s so much easier for me because you’re direct and answer any question I could have about the product. NOW I really need you to do one on the ninja foodi pressure cooker/air fryer (OL700 series and OL500 series). I’m having a hard time knowing which setting to cook what foods on. Please seriously consider doing this! Thanks!

I like many others, would just like to use the device! We don't need cartoons, we just want some examples of different items that are not mentioned in the book and don't want to waste food!!!!! I hope Ninja listens and gives us some KZbin examples of how to use the combi and not the FOODI, two different machines and this makes using the combo frustrating. I love my Ninja air fryer and was used to using it, I don't understand how to use this for things like hash browns and eggs?? Stuffed chicken and vegetables. Help Please before this is returned.

I tried to toast 2 slices of bread in the bottom level combi pan. I followed the booklet and your guide here.. I ended up burning 2 slices of bread. I tried again it burned even more. This machine is so hard to use.

When you say "burned" do you mean actually burned or just darker than you like it? I just did a slice on Med and it was perfectly toasted, although I suspect people who eat warm bread might call it "burned".

@@cantcny I put 2 slices of bread in the combipan and put 2 slices and light and it came out burnt lol. I have just been opening the oven early when I’m toasting bread I don’t trust the timing/power setting.
