Hi Mark I'm actually somewhere beyond the laggers. I have a lot of philosophical issues with technologies. So I wait a watch how people use them. I still have a dumbphone. On purpose. Keeping up isn't a problem. I'm tech savvy enough to edit extremely complex videos. And I do keep up with Final Cut Pro and other technologies. But I'm very glad I've waited on smartphones since they seem to create distractions wherever they are found. And I'll stick with dumbphones as long as I can. I just like being able to walk down a street with minimal distractions. I didn't get this phone until 2012. I collect LPs and CDs. I thankfully never bought one CD in 1980s. Later in the 90s with the next generation I started to. But never rejecting LPs. And by waiting CDs seem to be dying while LPs are back. (I could see this from the beginning.) And today while I will download music or recode it off KZbin, I still stick with LPs and CDs and books and DVD/Blu-rays. I prefer the physical over the virtual ephemeral. I am sure NO marketer ever thinks of folks like me. But I think about their products. And I write.

Although the examples were all based on a B2C marketing, I presume the theory also applies in B2B marketing.
