What makes jayce and Viktor's relationship sadder is that they are no alternate timelines where both of them are happy without meeting each other. If they never met, Viktor could die from his illness, and jayce could never create hextech. Their 'happiest' timeline is the one where Viktor almost ends humanity, and they both sacrifice themselves to save it.

Fun fact: when jayce and viktor are presenting hextech to Heimerdinger, jayce shows off the gauntlets, while viktor shows off what would later become his third arm. Also before the first fight between sevika and vi, sevika puts down two cards, death and the magician; The magican card has basically viktor on it.

A small detail someone pointed out to me was that, Sevika took the Kirammen’s chair. She took the seat Cait’s mother sat at, indicating that Cait and the Kirramens 100% support and back whatever Sevika/the undercity needs or demands. Its such a small detail that almost everybody misses but it adds to the story even more. This show was a masterpiece.

Yo, I love how Lupa felt the heaviness of Jinx's suicide at the beginning. No F’ing wonder one of the main people who worked on the show said in an interview the final episode was going to be “juicy” and much longer than the other episodes, just for it to be a couple minutes longer than normal.

Netflix didn't have anything to do with the runtime, theyre artists and their first priority is making sure the episode flows as smoothly and intensely as possible, at an hour plus adding another hour would completely imbalance the finale, I broke down how you could fit more of the deleted scenes and the only way it works is if you make a 3 episode season three special but even then you'd have to rearrange a few pieces for it to work When the dvd drops we'll get those scenes or they'll be flashbacks in one of the new series (one of themselves meant to have Jinx exploring different parts of Runeterra on her airship)

Guys, in Heimer's case, he is a Yurdle and Yurdles are like the writters of every history in Runeterra, so they dont die, they "respawn", when they "die", they just go back to their hometown which is like a different dimension, from there, they can travel to any place in runeterra. Love how the show really made emphasis on Jinx’s shimmer giving her not just super speed and reflexes, but her shimmer makes a dash line in her eyes each time she moves fast. Giving all the hints we need to know Jinx is not dead.

*“This world is a wasteland, please let me go”,* in the beginning it’s a song about suicide, but with the end HEAVILY implying that Jinx survived and escaped, it’s about how she’s done with everything in Zaun and Piltover and just wants to leave to start a new life. She knew that if Vi knew or even suspected she was alive she would do anything and everything to get back to her sister. But Jinx doesn’t want to burden Vi with having to feel like she had to choose between her and a happy life with Cait, and she knows that if she is to *truly* start healing herself, she needs to do so on her own. And yes I know the lyrics change in the original ending which the show cut.

What I really liked was how none of our MCs hesitated to throw down with opponents essentially out of their league. Jinx and Vi against Warwick, Jayce and Ekko against Viktor/the hive mind, Caitlyn against Ambessa… and they held it down! They were intimating odds, but everyone was with the shits and I loved that. It demonstrated their determination and white-hot belief in what they were fighting for.

It's so cool that they actually showcased every one of Jinx's signature abilities from the game. and crafted them so perfectly within the story even down to her passive. Q: Fishbones and Pow-Pow = mini-guns and rockets, E: Flame Chompers = Grenades W: Zap = Laser shots, R: Ultimate- Super Mega Death Rocket = Hextech charged rocket she launched at the council Passive: Boost Movement Speed = Shimmer boost she got from singed and they didn't run down the checklist in a cheap fashion, these were written perfectly into her character, emotions and story

the different tries with different runes is such a great reveal because the reason why that rune is the one that works is because of Ekko. Ekko is the difference in the battle but since Ekko made the z drive based on Jayce's acceleration rune that means Jayce having any other rune causes Ekko to be stuck in the alternate dimension and without him and jinx they lose the battle every time.

In episode 7, when Jayce is climbing you can see Jinx's balloon crashed in the background. What's really crazy is Viktor has no idea who Ekko is. Random kid showed up and shoved a timebomb in his face. The rune that Jayce got in this timeline was what Ekko used to build his device too.

So fun thing I noticed. It was night time when Ekko saved Jinx. It was daytime when Jayce spoke w/ the council and the undercity folk. Sevika and The Firelight Lieutenant dipped from the council. Jinx was already aware of the war coming, and they would've needed time to turn her lair into an air-balloon. BECAUSE OF THAT, Ambessa's troops was not looking for the pincer attack, one from the ground troops that was that was masked by Jinx's smoke show, and by the firelights running air superiority. THIS IS HIGHLY tactical. They absolutely used the piltovens as bait, and probably knew they were going to prior to them revealing the primordian (the human-automatons) Jayce and Mel killed.

The acceleration rune worked because Ekko used Jayce's rune from it to make the Z-Drive, so yeah Ekko is the sole reason this timeline worked, because he went to another one to make a small anomoly time machine. That's why Viktor said that device can't exist, since he had one and the Z-Drive also had one.
