My brain met a stick at two. Didn't affect my IQ but I can't lie, can't tell when someone else does. I have no impulse control, but I can't use words to hurt others, the thought of hurting others makes me ill. I mirror others because I have no real sense of self. For the first time in my life I'm starting to understand how normal brains work. I wish I'd of found you sooner. Lots of pain could of been avoided.

You say the word “temporary” and “eroded” however if the external stressor is large and/or frequent then it is quashed a long period of time. Maybe forever if ES is till death.

This is the most interesting upload I found on that topic. And I think a lot of that triangulation thing applies if a dirty empath with the trait of infidelity has a spouse with strong covert (wrong term according to the master‘s opinion, I know) narcissistic traits. Feels like the end of a quest - and the start of a new one that is way less innocent. Thank you.

Recognize one thing about yourself, the only weapon narcs have against any empath is attachment, Once you take the equation of care and release yourself out of attachments and anticipation by rationalizing that nothing can change a narcs but narcs themselves and also invision that in the world of narcs one mistake by an empath means punishment of infidelity, Coz narcs are always seeking that excuse to cheat on you, even if your mistake is unintentional, it is enough for narcs to justify that they can cheat on you, Hence there cannot be a peace in relationship with a narc as long as they always seek an excuse to cheat on you, Know this, understand this, invision this, and stop the attachment and anticipation of care from narcs, This does not means to give up on the narcs but understand what awaits if you move forward in a relationship with a narc and can you absorb the outcome of continuous lies ,secrets and infidelity, Coz your mind will always be looking for answers as to why the narc did this and keep on doing this, In the head of narcs, they are invincible Coz of the unlimited buffet of supply fuel they have and since every fuel tastes the same, narcs don't care where the fuel is coming from, no matter how old or young the supply is, as long as there are sperms, it will make due, looks money status don't matter to narcs when it comes to obtaining fuel from someone, there are no standards for obtaining fuel from someone by the narcs.

Wow I was the dirty empath IPPS in the first 6 months of our relationship due to I had a fuck buddy for almost 7 years pre narcissistic relationship. He always changed the relationship from Shelf to IPPS. This relationship went on for 3 years and it was the most painful process.

What about a husband turn to be a narcissist as well as the lover . I thought he is a good guy working for the family but no emotional or physical contact seemed he withheld sex on purpose always was looking as he is ashamed of me or to be with me although I’m not bad looking at all. I wish I knew better but at the time I tough it’s impossible to divorce him as our complicated situation. How you cheat on someone who refuses to be with you?! I’m sorry but how I know he don’t cheat on me ? I’m sorry be can’t feel guilty much maybe I’m a narcissist but for me I think I took a lot on me and I deserve to be treated with love respect and kindness . Left the lover greater narcissist after him lashing at me and leaving the unaware nark husband hopefully very soon. Better to be alone than being treated this way . My friends know about it and have their support . My kids love me and we will be ok . You always talk about how bad for us is emotional thinking , but never suggest what we substitute it with?
