Valve doesn't want more contraband skins because if another skin with stolen artwork were to be added to the game, some people with insider information would heavily invest into those skins because the prices would skyrocket after they get removed. Basically market manipulation

Idk about dark silver but Sic did nothing wrong. Auzzi came to him with the howl drawing and Sic helped him get it into the game. Sic is always the guy in the “others” because he was like a art-skin helper. When Auzzi got banned because obviously the art was stolen everything sic ever helped on was also removed and he was also banned. But I do not believe he knew the artwork was stolen at all. Why risk his reputation.

The story of the Howl is so crazy to me because the old one looked kinda shitty and the new one looks significantly better. I guess that makes sense, as the old one is just lazily stolen art slapped on an M4 and the new one is made by an artist who put time and effort into making the skin actually look good.

You can trade up to it, so it's not discontinued, that being said, the greys from that collection (and nearly every other collection) are discontinued since the supply will never increase

Hindsight is 20/20 mate... I went through my steam inventory history and, with current prices, about €40K went through it around 2015. 40K is an ungodly amount of money for me so safe to say I did not like seeing the values now. I'm talking about butterfly knives, titan, dignitas and na'vi holo's, case hardened ak's, awp boom, karambits and more... My last item was sold to buy a headset so that's probably the most expensive headset I will ever buy haha.
