I get this whining isn't going to go anywhere, but I'll do it anyway so maybe one person out there in the world will understand what my issue with most modern service industries is. It used to be so, that you could walk in to a location where you are a customer, you tell a living breathing customer servant that you want this that and those and when. The knowledgeable customer servant would tell you how you get it, doing most of the legwork by herself, and all this customer service "free of charge". Now you need to be prepared, like getting ready to world first raid clear, learning the boss rotations and shit, world buffs included. Honestly, It's a fucking logistics problem to get me from where I am now to wherever the fuck I want to go. Don't give me that "your tickets and forms haven't been filled out properly and 2 hours in advance, so you now you need to pay the kidney to the organ black market premium" -shit. How come 30 years ago you could walk in and buy a ticket for quarter of the price and an eights of the hassle. Fuck your "but terrorists" bullshit too you asshat, your dumb ass useless security check isn't whats the issue, those useless fucks waste time but at least its a straightforward "show" they put on to deter the mean mighty terrorists that are everywhere (yeah you fucking gave in to them with this FUD-spreading shit). Now you walk in to a McDonalds and you have to search a digital menu and nearly flip the damn burgers by yourself, and cough up a lung for it. What the fuck happened? Cheeseburgers used to cost an euro, now they're like 2 euros. Inflation hasn't eaten 50% of shekels buying power in 10 years, what the hell is this. And if it has, why hasnt my pay been bumped to 200% motherfucker, i've been sitting and slamming my head against textbooks in a university for 5 years, (albeit missing masters thesis) and my working value still hasn't doubled. They used to have money to pay the customer servants and sell the same value goods for a lower price. Why can't I just walk in to a fucking hardware store and buy a hard drive, I get it you don't stock it because the space in a warehouse is "expensive", but isn't it more expensive to lose all your customers to online shops you fuck? I want the hard drive now when I have time. I didn't expect my whole fucking life to turn in to a logistics engineering challenge motherfucker that shit is up to you. Also I want a physical place to go to and fucking complain when something breaks. I don't want to somehow find a fucking massive ass cardboard box that fits my PC display and be responsible for finding packaging material and packaging it in such a manner ASUS doesn't fucking refuse warranty because some asshat at UPS threw the packet off a cliff before delivery. I don't want to wait 20 minutes on a phone to discuss my phone contract with a human being, motherfucker I'm paying you fuckers 30 euros a month the least you can do is answer the fucking phone once a year for a quick 5 minute conversation. Or at least give me a straight up email address on your fucking website in case you're so fucking obnoxiously bad at providing on-time customer service. Fuck being properly prepared, you're trying to get on a plane that you know is leaving, not going 1v1 to the death against a champion in an MMA rink. We the people, are nothing but numbers and forms. To service the great monster of technology, and digital systems. Ted was fucking right man, just blow it all to hell. It wasn't worth it.
