@@myowndrum286 First: we need to disengage from this conservative liberal nonsense. Most Americans are married to them both and this debate is ridiculous, and arguing in front of the children is not too good for the future. Second: the only thing Obama did was win both elections. The fact that this has happened is alarming to the GOP who has not had a President pass on the country in a better condition than when they received it from Nixon to Obama. Trump ended up adding to that truth. What Trump did we can not hold the democrats responsible. There is only a conservative USA the liberal policies help hold up our conservative values. This is the one "conservative" issue I have to state the facts like no other. Both sides have had control over both houses of Congress and the presidency, and have done absolutely nothing legislatively regarding immigration. There has been NO meaningful legislation on immigration since Reagan, and after the "party compromises" were made, legislation passed and signed, Congress refused to fund it. Bush senior had a majority but being the globalist he was, no surprise he ignored and allowed Congress to fuck up what Ronnie set in place without a fight. Clinton had a majority and did nothing(the apple doesn't fall far from the tree). Congress did nothing under Obama despite having the majority and that forced his EO on DACA. The issue NEEDED to be addressed, but it's not the pervue of Executive to do, it's Congress's job to make laws. Which is why Trump rescinded that EO and told Congress to fix it by legislation. But what did they do? Rather than write the laws to deal with it, they went to the courts while holding funding for the government hostage. Funding that SHOULD be addressed in the actual budget and not with all these omnibus bills.

One of the many very important reasons why the legalization process for immigrants is so important is so that they know what their Constitutional rights are so that they aren’t subject to being taken advantage of or being illegally charged/prosecuted/convicted of crimes (denied their civil liberties/rights, equal rights under the law or due process). In order to fully understand their constitutional rights, they need to have an understanding of why and how our country came to be its own sovereign nation, free from British Rule. The why’s and how’s are so very important to know because they are exactly what inspired the American Revolution, the writing of the Declaration of Independence, The Constitution and The Bill of Rights and the very principles in which those three documents were written were so inherently and deeply important that so many of our ancestors were not only willing to, but did, fight til their dying breath to ensure, not only for themselves and their families but for every generation since then. Legal immigration also ensures that those coming to our country aren’t denied proper wages for their work and aren’t limited to “under the radar” jobs like housekeeping and crop laborers where they’re most likely to be taken advantage of. That, in and of itself, is like modern day slavery. So the guy who was advocating for illegal immigration as a beneficial factor for Americans because they pick our crops for extremely cheap labor is basically advocating for modern day slavery which actually does make sense given that the Democrat party is the party that fought against abolishing slavery, the party of the KKK, the party of Jim Crow Laws in the South and the party of Sleepy Joe Biden who wrote the 1994 crime bill.

I feel there should be a system where people can be processed and legal immigration is made easier for people who want to work here and can work here and have the skills to work here, and if you are coming here with no preparation no family seeking medical help, getting the help and sending you back is fine. If you move to another country you better have a plan you don't just throw a backpack on and leave your life. There isn't another country in the world where that works out for anyone. These people are not being screened for criminal background and they are not being processed to make them citizens, and many of them have covid or other medical conditions that taxpayers are going to have to pay for along with their housing and everything else. You do not open your borders to a group of people and tell everybody else working hard to get here legally they can't come in. They have tents and Shanty towns for these people and many of them are sick with no possibility of getting work legally. It has nothing to do with overpopulation because the US is huge. People could technically take these migrant workers and start entrepreneurial businesses with lower wages and there would be no issue with jobs there has not been an issue with jobs there are people hiring everywhere. The issue is processing these people and finding a place for them when they come here with absolutely nothing to start from. The issue is the wall which is set up to keep cartels out and drug dealers out and make it easier to process the people who are coming in with no papers flooding our states. You cannot tell me it is hate when America is one of the only countries in the world allowing this to happen. European countries taking in ukrainians who are running as refugees are not having the problem America is having with these people right now.

I don’t have super strong feelings on a wall necessarily. But I’m realistic enough to know that if I lived in one of those four states that bordered Mexico I would probably be more in favor because imagine your neighbor never taken care of the yard or even their children and things constantly coming over needing to be fed. Meanwhile you have your own yard to take care of & children to feed and struggling to do so. I’m not saying anything about the Mexican people. But their government is an atrocity and they don’t take care of their people. It’s criminal. I think people just want to hold the Mexican government accountable because they’re horrendous to their citizens. The wall is no different than a fence but if we keep becoming a commie ass country then I want no part of a wall. Walls can keep you in too. God bless you guys! 😎🇺🇸✌🏼

My uncle used to tell me when I was a kid, “ where two people can eat three people can eat.” That may be true but where two people can eat 100 people can’t eat.

I was called a neocon tonight by a friend...if being moderate and open to a conservative idea is evil...we know there is a definite hatred which has become systemic.

Listening to Jai, you are an inspiration. I love you two. I came across you two back during the beginning of the pandemic and watched a bunch of your reaction videos and had so much of a laugh. Now, I am getting to know more about you both and I am finding that I would want to have you both as my friends.

Thanks you guys for doing what yall do l was bit hesitant because I wasn't familiar who the guy was but I glad I did. I once was on welfare and I felt very embarrassed by it. I accepted it because it was better than doing something illegal.

I’m a Mexican born and raised in Dallas we can’t take care of everybody and expect to live comfortably and safe if we don’t have closed borders we need that to police the good from the bad.

Every single person can come to the US, but come here legally. We need to know who is in our country. I live in a gated community, people have to sign in and be buzzed into our neighborhood. So we know who is here!!!! Same thing!!!

I am for legal immigration. My grandparents came here legally in 1915, worked their fingers to the bone, eventually started a grocery store without government assistance and eventually became American citizens. They instilled those values in us.

They accuse others of what they themselves are guilty of; it’s called projecting. Once you identify it, you can’t unsee it, but it’s pretty easy to handle, and regardless they’re gonna be mad emotional no matter what, so... 🤷♂️ 🙏🇺🇸! ✌🏻

He should ask these guys if they would live with the door to their house or apartment unlocked at all times to allow strangers to come and go as they please. Then they also have to take care of anybody that walks through their door.

@2:18 he hit the nail on the head. Ever since Reconstruction and The New Deal the “plantation” never left. After the Civil War even after slaves were freed some slaves stayed on the plantation. The majority reasoning was, “how can I make it on my own.” Whereas others left for a life of their own. This “plantation” mentality which creates victim hood, dependency, and then control. Like Aretha said, “ya betta THINK.”
