Do you have any suggestions on what to do if my machine does not grab enough ground meat to make a full patty? I’m getting quarter sized patties. Meat is double ground. Pretty fine grind. Tech says it’s meat and machine perfectly fine.

what kind of butcher cuts BONELESS chuck and brisket on a bandsaw? good combo but use a knife next time easier to clean a knife and tabletop than a whole bandsaw

Not a fan of this machine, cloggs up, doesn't feed properly. too much trouble, Biro makes a better product. I'll be kindly to make a video and post it up on KZbin. if anyone wants me too.

Update with this machine, the company i work for is based in Jamaica. Not that it only costs alot for parts, but it takes forever to receive. We managed to get a plate for 6oz burgers. turned out the part itself does not fit the present machine we have. That same day the machine broke, the arm broke off. This is ridiculous, why should a machine cost $15000 usd, but cannot handle the stress requirements to last? buyers beware!!!!
