The last chapter of Daniel Larson has not been closed. He will be let out in 6 months once they deem him mentally capable. His charges will be dropped as he didn't have mental capacity when making threats. It works as a cycle. My family is currently dealing with a similar thing. This is what is wrong with our society these days. In the 90's this person would be forced into long-term care where he can be taken care of safely and be given the medication he desperately needs. My family is going through something very similar with my step brother. He is schizo-affective. We got him help 3 years ago as he got evicted for having a psychotic episode. He was only sent to a mental health living facility for 6 months. No long term care for him even though he's been schizo-affective since he was 16 years old. Fast forward to last February and same thing happened. Evicted for freaking out on his landlord. Only this time he stayed homeless. We petitioned the state just like last time to get him help and the stupid judge denied it this time! He caused so much more harm by doing that! He was first arrested for the disorderly conduct against his landlord and then got 5 or 6 more charges once he became homeless. He fell into drugs since everyone around him was doing it. Later someone used him for his vehicle and the car was found with a lot of meth in it. He finally was driven 3 hours to a state hospital by the cops because of his mentally instability. Now they are sending him to another sober living facility....for 6 months....however he's facing a felony for the meth that was found in his deserted car with the keys missing. They are saying the meth caused his mental illness when he was diagnosed with it when he was 16 😂. So he is either going to prison or HOPEFULLY a long term care facility. I don't care if it's something he doesn't want. His mental illness gets worse with age and he cannot care for himself. This is the reason our cities are full of mentally ill crazy people. We need to bring back mandatory mental health services for people who cannot care for themselves. Our family has been through hell with him, and we love and only want the best for him. I feel really bad for Bob. Also, people manipulate my step brother just like they do Daniel. My brother doesn't deserve to be treated like an f toy and used an abused like Daniel because hes not a p word. It's all fun and games with Daniel, but some of these trolls are the same type of people that would troll my step bro and they are arguably worse than Daniel.

When my bro still lived here in Denver there was one true psychopath who took over his apartment and treated him like a slave. She got him evicted twice because of her abusive behavior towards her boyfriend that lived with him and once because she shot a shot gun through the floor and almost killed the tenant below. She's a true psycho and has legitimately murdered someone else. That's why he's in Wisconsin and we can't have him come back here because he still thinks she's his friend. It makes me want to cry every time I think about it. As for Daniel, people should not be trolling a mentally ill person, however he is a pdf file so it's not right, but it's not as bad. Also, they are part of the reason for his descent into madness. Still, he is a PD File so, 🤷🏻‍♂️. Both sides are gross when it comes to Daniel. Anyway thanks for reading and for your support!

Daniel Larsons story is honestly just sad. It amazes me how the police never took him in and got him help. Daniel is clearly mentally inept and his story is literally what would happen if you put a 5 year old on the streets to fend for themselves. He has little to no moral compass and his insight/planning of the future is non-existent, it´s literally every sign of a child who is learning. So while one could think Daniel is a terrible person (he is), it´s because he doesn´t have the mental capacity to do right when it´s easier to do wrong. They can actually hold you much longer if you have attempted self harm / suicide or a doctor believes you will go that route. For him to be released so many times means no one (medically trained people) believed he was an actual threat to himself. I agree he needs help and it’s u fortunate we don’t have places for people like him.
