BRO Quasar RAT is so user friendly, the hacker was propably new to hacking. About Quasar i'm not sure about stealing discord tokens, it just sends you saved passwords, you can always go to files and find that token.

From what I read, the 2024 malicious packages used a lot of open source code. Given that it targeted Roblox devs, chances are the author was some teenager new to hacking lol.

This is a great fucken video man! Looks very similar to Disrupt, but I'd honestly say yours is better. One recommendation: Export the videos in the aspect ration of the actual video, not the cinematic bars. I (and many others) use Ultrawide/other AR's and the video gets kinda smushed into a box. KZbin autoformats videos so they are viewable on all devices and the black bars get added if pixels are lacking, say if a 1440/3440 Ultrawide video is viewed on a standard 1080/1920 screen.

well, this is already a thing since windows defender uses AI to identify possible threats, also based on signature. but malwares also can avoid signature identification another example, if the malware is built on a common "malwarely" used language (like C) then the system will be able to identify mush easier. so you can make malwares using unknown languages like JScript (not javascript or java) which is compatible with every windows machine and needs no third party software installed, since everything needed already comes builtin.

can we have a tutorial on how you do your 3d low quality spinning icons?

Eventually I’ll make a full editing tutorial. But for the 3D animations all you have to do is find an image. Take out the background. Make it 3D (a good amount of editing programs should have this as an effect/feature). Then, simply add a pixelate effect to the 3D image, and adjust it however you like. Shift the Y axis of the image to make it spin and that’s it.

I used Adobe after effects, but there’s like, millions of free alternatives. One free app I used years ago in older videos was “Alight motion”. I think it’s only for mobile, but it had a great 3D effect feature I liked. As for the thumbnails, you’re probably right. It’s disingenuous, but it gets views. Though it has taken away the fun of making thumbnails, so I’ll probably change that.

I think you’ll be fine. The hack only affects those that downloaded AND executed the malicious packages. And NPM shot down the fake Noblox repositories. So long as you practice basic internet safety you’re good.
