Oh man, it breaks my heart to see parents in denial with their kids' autism. I'm a pediatric nurse, and although I don't see it super frequently (thankfully), I do see it. Generally, they don't seem to have ill intentions. They just can't handle their reality being different than what they'd expected. Lack of education is often a part of the problem. The delay in treatment or therapy really hinders development for both their child and for them. When the stepson said his stepdad seemed to believe his sister would just "snap out of it," is such a real sentiment for some of these parents

Do you know who Chris Chan is? She (or he depending on your point of view) is perpetually stuck in a fantasy because she can't cope with life, neither could her parents and it's pretty messed up. They shouldn't be poking their newborns with unknown chemicals and diseases. And they wonder why they have behavioural issues or autism. And no don't say it's been disproven because it hasn't. There have been studies in Italy that assert that the link is completely provable and has been peer reviewed. Whether you'd find it on Google nowadays I doubt it, they have scrubbed any negative and damning evidence that disrupts the plan for depopulation. Also I know people that work with children that have those issues, and my auntie is one of them, she knows in her every fiber that the "medicine" is the cause of that is happening. She has spoke to thousands of parents over the years and she says 80%+ of the parents say that their child lost all progress in speech and movement literally over night. 3 year olds turn into babies again. SIDS is also linked to them. In fact I guarantee that without even doing a study that they cause SIDS. Autism and SIDS are a modern phenomenon and the fact that the cases are rising in correlation with the increase in shots and boosters is categorically uncoincidental, and to willingly be blind to the blatantly obvious because you trust doctors is ignorant and dangerous. VAERS wouldn't exist if they were safe. Billions wouldn't be paid out in damages if they were safe. Countries wouldn't kick western doctors and their "medicine" out if they were safe. We wouldn't be from 1 in 7000 to 1 in 2 with autism within 75 years if they were safe. The only thing that changed in those 75 years is the "medicine" and the frequency of it administered.

as someone with autism i 100% agree, i absolutely hate seeing things like this. i feel like autism (and frankly any other condition) should be much less of a taboo subject. acknowledging, accepting, and acting is something that will allow for your child to have a significantly better life, and by proxy also giving the parent(s) a calmer life due to not worrying as much about your child. of course i'm speaking from my experience of having high functioning autism but i believe it still applies to all areas of the autism spectrum, some applying more than others depending on where you are on the spectrum.

Jesus man… I feel horrible for Alan & his half-sister, not just for having to survive an abusive & insane father but also for being thrown into this spotlight all of a sudden. To have the entire internet- especially the obsessive stalker-like “detectives” on Reddit- suddenly have all this information & footage of you, all this conspiracy and intrigue centered around your broken family… I can’t imagine how violating that must feel. I feel kinda bad for Judd too, he clearly never wanted this attention either, especially in relation to the Vallow-Daybell murders. He _is_ abusive, and his mental illnesses don’t excuse that, so my sympathies don’t extend as far for him, but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t feel a twinge. I appreciate the lengths you go in your videos Eric (Erik?), I especially admire you giving opportunities for interviews to get all sides of the story, I’m glad Alan got to share his piece… I just hope now that we have our answers we can leave this family alone. I doubt calling CPS would do anything, speaking from experience they’re abt as useful as a bandaid on a hemorrhage. Alan said himself his other sister is the primary care giver of the half-sister, all we can really do is hope they have a conversation abt this in private and take steps to keep Judd at a safer distance. 6:33 The theory being described here is similar to the theory proposed by Andrew Wakefield. That gut bacteria contributed to autism symptoms and pushed his own vaccine to MMR claiming that the then established one caused vulnerability to said gut bacteria. So that theory isn’t from nowhere. There was a whole decade where gluten free and zero soy diets were popular as an autism treatment. What was really happening is that autistic kids weren’t overwhelmed by stomach aches caused by celiac or soy allergies, so they were able to regulate better. It’s unclear why allergies and gastrointestinal issues are correlated with ASD, but we know one doesn’t cause the other now.

Delusions and mental illness can be really scary. I have a friend whose mother suffers from very intense delusions, believing things like a dead family member will magically earn her millions, that God will make everything okay magically and you just have to have a positive soul and everything will be okay. Truth is apparently she's homeless right now and also has to care for other children, but her mental illness is far past the point of any rationality, she has no idea she is insane and thus won't ever get help on her own
@maschaorsomething22 сағат бұрын
It's the "won't ever get help on her own" part that always pisses me off a little. My roommate and "brother-in-law" also suffers from delusions, despite being a generally nice and charming young man. He hasn't been working for years and his own partner of 10 years has kicked him out, because he wouldn't ever leave the apartment or even meet her or his own family anymore. The police and neighbours are gangstalking him. You know the drill. His brother, my partner, has tried to get him back into reality for years, but it doesn't work. He has tried for half a decade now. Only therapy and potentially meds can help - but no one can force him into treatment. And obviously, he refuses to seek out help on his own. That's what pisses me off - there NEEDS to be a way to help those who can't help themselves!!

As a person with autism, it genuinely shocks me that there are people out there who truly believe that it's a disease and treat it as such. I was diagnosed back when it was still medically labeled as Aspergers Syndrome, and as a kid I usually struggled with socializing with others and processing things, but not once in my life did I ever consider it a disease. I honestly consider it a part of my personality. Sure, it may have held me down in some parts in life, but it also held me me up high in some parts too. if there was a cure for it I'd personally never take it. If my autism just disappeared, I'd lose a whole chunk of my personality, as it's literally something that's been with me my whole life. I would not be the same person at all. Just because I developed differently growing up doesn't mean I'm crippled from it, hell I even believe that autism allows people to be very skillful and resourceful in many many ways. Saying it's a disease is honestly just hurts me to even hear, they're basically saying that a whole portion of what makes me me is something that eats away at my brain like a parasite. I may not be the fastest person, I may not be a perfect person, it may take longer for me to think and process things than other people, and I may not be very social, but I always still see myself as a person with a lot of potential. And I intend to take advantage of that potential.

Long time fan, since before 1k subs. I swear you’re the best horror KZbinr. Not to say there aren’t other amazing channels like Nexpo and Nick Crowley whose content has improved a lot in recent years, but you consistently provide well researched, concise videos on UNIQUE topics. On top of that, you never add a spooky voice or unnecessary “scary” embellishments, the content you discuss speaks for itself. Keep it up, if one day I’m rich enough to donate to KZbinrs I’d gladly fund your shit!

I’m autistic, and my heart breaks for this girl. It’s such a wide spectrum and comes in a broad umbrella. This delusion this man of linking things that has nothing to do with autism is doing nothing but bringing her harm than good (it’s giving me Autism Speaks vibes). And isolating her from the world like this is barbaric.

First of all, no people on the spectrum are not allergic to wheat or corn. I have literally never read that anywhere. Next of all, correlation does not necessarily mean causation. If there were correlation, it may just be coincedence.

As an autistic person, I think it's appalling to try and link the disability to irrelevant things, and all the more when doing so to try and further one's position "Stomach issues" within autistic people are probably caused by anxiety and/ or the diet that such people might have due to sensory difficulties The language used by the person in the call is pretty ignorant, by his fault or not, with him saying that the autistic person would eventually "snap out of it" It's incredibly sad that autistic people are still demonized to this day...
@ScareTheaterКүн бұрын
The person in the call (Alan) was not trying to say that the girl with autism would "snap out of it". He was saying that this was what Dan believed, and he clearly acknowledged that Dan's beliefs are unhinged.

It makes me wonder sometimes how many of these kind of scenarios are out there and are buried for little to no one to find. I can’t remember if it was one of yours or another person’s video, but this does sound very similar to another story that took place over the course of multiple years. It’s an unfortunate thing to see this kind of stuff happen, knowing that a majority of the time nothing can be done since it took place so long ago. That being said, these cases should still be looked into as a way to share awareness on what kind of stuff lurks on the internet. Your videos are always great for how in-depth you dig. And I appreciate the extra effort put into making a discovery cohesive. I personally don’t mind the wait if that means this is the kind of stuff that comes out. Edit: It was Jimmy’s wish that I was thinking about. Although not quite the same, it does share a fair amount of similarities.

I was born and raised as Mormon till I was 17, I had run away due to the extremely manipulative and abuse environment. Mental health in the LDS community is ignored. My personal opinion, from my 17 years of experience in the church- is it’s fucked, sadly a lot of good people can be hypothesized by the outer appearance and get sucked in without even realizing it. All my love goes out those who have been or are going through difficult times. Know you are not alone, and there are still good people out there.

ex mormon who lived in oklahoma near OKC until 11th grade here: This is extremely depressing, but tracks. I don't want to get too far into specifics, but will give you just enough info that the pieces should generally fit wuth the osint you've already done. Not sure if these Judds were related to Dan Judd, but there was 100% a Judd family in my stake in the late 2000s. There was also a family who I won't fully name, but who were LDS, involved in stuff across both my stake and the OKC area generally, and believed STRONGLY that autism was caused by wheat and corn. A friend of mine wasn't allowed to eat basically anything for a while because of this, so we would sneak him forbidden snacks during camping trips. My heart jumped in my throat when I saw the folder titled 116 pages. Any time someone claims to have the missing 116 pages, they're making stuff up at best and deeply delusional at worst. Nothing but love to Alan and any others who got out of that family. I got out of my situation in mostly one piece, but know how that stuff can linger with you.

I'm by no means defending the man but having a disabled child probably made him snap. He probably went to religion to make things better and with him mentally not well and the sickness of his daughter just made things worse. I feel bad for the children he should of gotten help.

Dan, I hope you're reading this, and as someone *very* personally familiar with your type, I only have this to say: The next time you think about bringing ANY kind of harm to a vulnerable person, child or otherwise, remember the whole world knows your name. The whole world knows what you're capable of. You cannot hide anymore. Sick happenstance has led you to be in charge of a very vulnerable person who needs real help, help that *does* exist out there for her. Inaction IS harm. I won't try to plea to your sense of good, I know that's pointless. But remember, your name is out there now, and not everyone out there is kind to abusers. Make no more mistakes. You can't afford them.

@wfjhDUI13 минут бұрын
@@Zixea_a Yeah, but the issue isn't about consent or privacy. The problems are: 1. Bringing attention to this person will almost certainly cause others to contact them, which is dangerous with someone who is unstable. 2. It's unhealthy voyeurism for ourselves for us to be gawking at an ongoing situation like this.
