I found kaiserreich entirely on accident while looking for music. Found the AUS theme and slowly looked into the story. I’ve never played HOI4 but I have stayed for the story, the music, the characters and the wonderful creators. I am so psyched for the upcoming release. I never thought I’d get this far in!

This intro screams "Top-Tier" - I wish this could be an entire animated series all on its own with what the team has created as a foundation. Everything about it - From the pacing of the cuts, to the synching with the music - The Neo Western-Noir tones like Eric Rhodes pointed out. I'd say - Perfection. Really amazing. We have an interesting theory about this. KZbin pushes SEO-optimised content, meaning things that talk about things people already like and exists (think any big IP, Warhammer, LOTR, whatever works). Making original content, on the other hand, is KZbin on ironmode hard difficulty. It means finding a critical mass of people to like a brand new thing, with a skeleton crew and production budgets rarely exceeding three digits. We are not viable financially right now, but my hope is we will find enough support and funding eventually to keep making high-quality original content for decades to come
