We're all here to learn from and to teach one another. Try not to equate masculine and feminine with male and female, for they are mutually exclusive. These energies exist together in all of us, and finding the right balance is, in my opinion, the goal of both our collective and individual existence. One of the few things I really enjoyed from my years of living in Los Angeles was the opportunity to listen to Manly P. Hall lecture almost every Sunday morning at the Philosophical Research Society. In listening to this lecture, however, and knowing Manly's strong criticism of the materialistic obsessions of our society, I wonder what Manly P. Hall would think of the people in charge of uploading this lecture to KZbin allowing horribly interrupting commercials virtually every 5 minutes in the midst of his profound sharing for, what I have to assume, is their own financial benefit.

Empathetically speaking, the people we meet fit into one of two categories: those who nurture strength and those who seduce weakness. The same energy is required to nurture as to seduce, but the effect is opposite and extreme. Who thrives in a world of cheap plastic? Those who are gifted with the plastic touch, that all that they touch be made cheap. We're taught to believe that women are more nurturing by nature, so once mother's figure-out that our modern culture completely lacks strong masculine qualities like wisdom and discipline, surely they'll nurture a more sustainable future. This is my very first time hearing Manly P speak an i appreciate this lecture. He's not putting women on a pedistal so to speak. My thoughts are that he is moreso speaking on unity within ourselves and in sexuality as a whole. A good concept to display his thoughts is by saying "women are more emotional,men are more physical. Bring them both together in a person an you have balance,bring two people that are balanced into balance with each other an its alot less room where eras can reek havoc!" 💯Manly💯

Spiritually speaking (gender aside), matriarchal wisdom can also begin with a fundamental understanding of the cyclical nature of reality (God). Represented by the snake in many creation myths, the living cycle has a trinity of a beginning (head), a middle and end (tail). Jaylene Dorris sure thing. Her book A woman’s encyclopedia of myths and secrets is packed full of info. Took me years to digest. A lot of people seem threatened and dismissive of the matriarchal period of humanity. It’s just a time we went through. The Patriarchal period followed and built on it. And often went to extremes to eradicate it. But in the end we all have mothers and fathers. Best to love and know both. 😊
