The "Shadow Clone Jutsu" is not a forbidden technique, specifically the "Multi-Shadow Clone Jutsu" (Tajuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) is forbidden. This is because making large numbers of Shadow Clones can deplete the user's chakra reserves so greatly that it can be dangerous for the user, and potentially fatal. Think of it like when the Wind Style Rasenshuriken was classed as a Forbidden Jutsu by Tsunade due to the damage it could potentially deal to the user, after Naruto used it against Kakuzu. It's forbidden from being used, often for the user's safety, rather than forbidden from being taught. Other forms of "---" Clone Jutsu utilize physical material (water, wood, mud, etc.) and therefore the clones have different properties, but generally cost less chakra than a Shadow Clone and have more limited functionality (such as not sending knowledge back to their user), which is why they're used more regularly and don't have this classification.

he did care for him, he just didnt adopt him. also "naruto got bullied", you do realize that naruto was not bullied, he was ignored. naruto was protected by the village, but he wasnt loved by them. naruto had a home, allowance and food. he also got a guardian picked by hiruzen himself, iruka. to say he wasnt cared for is just wrong on multiple levels. specially if you compare him with other trully neglected jinchuriki.

Shadow clone only requires chakra to make and takes half of your chakra making it dangerous if you have bad chakra control it also sends the info back to the original that the shadow clone experienced There's also the normal clone jutsu that they had to learn in the academy which isn't for combat

I also forgot to mention that Kakashi uses the normal clone jutsu on the Great Naruto Bridge against Gato's gang to scare them to think they're shadow clones after Naruto used shadow clone jutsu but it was just for show and he wouldn't of been able to fight with them

Fun fact, Obito is unable to utilize his sharingan as the Ten-tails Jinchuriki. I don't know what the in lore reason is, but the real world reason is probably because Obito became the most powerful being, how will Naruto who is not on Hashirama's level quite yet (and gang) be able to fight him especially with all his new powers.

Tsunade’s healing on steroids and is just way stronger than the Raikage in general Even if the raikage is really durable compared to other people at his level, Hashi is just that more durable. Not only that, who says KCM1 Naruto can even hit Hashi with a rasenshuriken? Hashi also has wood style that is designed to surpress nine tails & sage mode that gives him crazy reaction Not even KCM2 SM Naruto can beat him… KCM1 is stomped

Madara can't do nothing. He is not strong enough to fight Jubito. He dont have counter to fight Jubito. Being a tentail jinchuriki is not a simple matter. Temtail at its peak is strong enough or even more strong to fight legit Rinnegan user. But still it is a dumb beast with OP abilities. But then if you give all that power to one who can use them in more efficient way. Then Jubi Jinchuriki is too much of deal. The only one who can fought peak Tentail is Hagoromo who has all abilities to counter Tentail and have legit original Rinnegan with more stronger class and born with abilities to counter Tentail and then he has one more technique to counter 10 tail and boost all his powers. But Madara don't have that. He is not even close to be inferior version of Peak Hagoromo. Shadow clone is one more op jutsu. It is experience gaining technique to levelup skills. It also needs large reserves and chakra control. The greater your chakra control more durable it will become. I could be based on wood clone but not sure about that tbh. Realistically Naruto has everything to become next Hagoromo.

He Probably Did Something Like The Sage Of Six Paths (Hagoromo) Did IN The Past, WIth Splitting The 10 Tails Into 10 Different Creatures, The Nine Tailed Beasts And The Gedo Statue, Obito Has Yin, Yang And Yin-Yang, He Probably Used "Cration Of All Things" (Izanagi For Example Uses The Same "Principle" But In A Very Ground Or Basic/Less Complex Way)
