you need a hunting m44 or a custom m44. all m44 variants have the fastest bullet travel/velocity.

Absolute basic Hotshot build... all you need is 4 pieces of Hotshot set, chest with Hedahunter on it (practicly any would work because dmg is still to big for npc to handle) nad backpack with dmg talent - like Vigilance, Trauma, Unstoppable, etc... and of course sniper rifle of your choosing with Determined on it. That's all.
