I combined the liberty pistol with the dodge city holster just when the update came out, and my record damage hit is 10.8 million damage so far

Don't take these both guys serious. The game got way better. I had a break of 6 months from the game. Started with the new DLC again. Gear revamp and enemies are way better now. A so called "shit show" is it only when you IQ is below zero and you can't be bothered to adapt.

I had it before at all 30 and deconstructed it by mistake. The holster dropped for me a couple days ago at Grand Washington hotel on challenging. I prefer the way it was before it worked really well with Lmg's

If you had it lvl 30, deconstruct it. And you can farm the components from lvl 4 hyena control points. The components drop randomly from the bosses. i got the components from every lvl 4 hyena control point I did.

I don't think I've accepted the project yet. It doesn't show up with the vendor or the projects manager, but I have all but the inverted leather holster. I've done the True Sons Heroic Control point and I didn't get the drop. Has this happened to anyone and how could I finish the project. ((I got the first three pieces on accident. I didn't know I would be getting pieces to exotics so I wasn't really paying attention to it))

I didn't do any of the CP stuff before the expac and after WONY dropped all the parts were in my inventory. I just had to craft it. I guess I got lucky with a bug.

They had. They removed the bonuses the item has while being holstered. This was done to all of the items that has that kind of bonuses.

They buffed now. 10 percent every 0.3 sc to max 100 stack. Also even body shots now make headshot damage

No, you need to have the exotic blueprint before exotics can drop from targeted loot. If you have the blueprint but never crafted it I believe it will drop, not 100% though sorry. EDIT: Re-reading the data-mined info from bitlilin.com/td2sheet/#&gid=1&pid=1 It specifically states 'TargetedLoot All Year 1 exotics (All blueprints / unlocks needed 1st). Check out the link for more info regarding each exotic and obtaining them :)

You can also rebuild it! Destroy your level 30 one, and you’ll start to get the parts drop off of level 4 control point named bosses.

I have this god roll from the moment i was lvl 40. Hadn't crafted it before because i didn't know i had all the pieces ;p. It has saved my live so many times! I run it with god roll D50 with finisher.

Hopefully we get a more pistol-centric exotic holster, old dodge city was so good with it's buffs and built-in concussion buff on headshot kills. I'm still holding out hope for a non-shield pistol only build to be viable in D2 😭

Ok. I’m here to say the target loot thing is stupid. It doesn’t work. I farmed assault rifles all day long yesterday and I got 5 exotic drops. Chatter box, sweet dreams and 3 dynasty holsters. I didn’t get even 1 assault rifle worth keeping. And this is how it usually is, oh it’s dropping LMGs... I get BTSU gloves. It never works.

Yeah now that's the definition of a click bait title... Not really new and effectively not a one shot talent. Therefore it's completely useless in heroic and legendary since you need way more than 4-6 million dmg per npc AND you have to hit that bullet. Extremely situational and not worth it, in my opinion.

18 mill with a liberty and dps build no pistol damage added..did not have it in the specialization..ran tanker and pathway on challenge and it smacked the shield assholes with the nail gun..pop em once in the grill for 12 to 18 mill and then just clean em up with regular liberty shots..i mean a liberty with a shield just smacks already if you know how to use the gun...but this was fucking hilarious and so dam situational..but so much fun..i 1 shot an open world tank gunner with one shot in the head 18 mill..just dropped him..i couldn't quit laughing..i mean this could be usefull..because the rolls that come on it are not bad and actualy the weapon handling helped with the liberty a bit and not many use there pistol..so what the hell if not just for fun..and for you m45a1 users like myself..you can smack 12 mill and with a pistol build..who knows!!! but they need to rename it to the...better not miss that shot holster....lol.

This new holster is shit. They should've left it the way it was to make pistol builds more viable. It would've paired nicely with the upcoming Regulus revolver exotic that they showed pre-expansion release but doesn't seem to be in the game yet. Oh, and there's no reason to do the side quest shit to get the holster anymore once you hit 40. It drops randomly off mobs. I got mine while running activities and CPs.

It is great for PVP it seems. You can easily reach 600k base dmg with the liberty pistol and that is the difference between an easy one shot or what happened in the video.

Pretty trash exotic honestly. I have a pistol-shield build with the perfect breadbasket talent and I can 2 shot players and can almost take down a heroic boss with 1 mag. Just run coyote mask instead, with the mask it’s Definitely the best build currently in the game for pvp and almost nobody runs it😂
