So, I've been running 3 piece providence that has skill damage on it. I also made those pieces skill tier. Make sure you get perfect glass cannon with skill damage on it. Plus 3 piece Hana U. Make sure you have perfect combined arms.

Vid shows dmg mostly in 120-180k range, but when everything procs it shows as high as 220-250k. The really high numbers only flash (at 0:29) because the other player is dead after 8-10 head or crit shots.

m4 police version is also good especially for landing headshotsmay i may also switch to concussion from vigilance. i swwitchzed the 3 striker pieces for other brand pieces since i didnt really get a feelable benefit from the weapon handling personally. i dont do often pvp at conflict still smt around lvl 30 but could manage to do the 2nd or 3d place in a few rounds with this build. the pulse is really worth it to see enemy players actions. i use the striker drone to keep the dmg up i really slept on that the shield can activate In Sync. Thats really the AR Build to go for pvp imo

Since you are using the pestilence too, you could switch the kneepads for the Contractors Gloves, its still gives you that 8% multiplicative damage that the Foxes Prayer gives you, and you can put a Striker kneepads instead :) just my 2 cents

Currently running with 3 piece striker , two walker Harris with 1 Fenris . Currently using eagle bearer and a mk16 with strain . Have obliterate on my chest with companion on my back pack .. will try concussion 😬

In sync is a broken talent with a shield. It should only activate if you bash a player or npc with the shield. Not give the damage off the bat when you dont hit someone with the shield. With that said not to shabby!

The videos are great! Keep them coming! And never apologise for talking too much! All you say is important, better to err on the side of completion. EDIT: Patrick said to do more testing. So I did. It turns out the formula has 3 parts, not 2, as I believed. Base damage x (100 + watch % + equipmant pieces % + in sync type of bonus) / 100 x (100 + Vigilance or Concussion type of damage "increase total damage") / 100 x (100 + "amplify damage" + fox's Prayer type "+8% DMG to target out of cover / armour / health" etc.) / 100. I also discovered that the calculation for weapon damage is unreliable. UI says my pistol has 120.4k (98.7 k + 21.7k), but in shooting range, it hits for 119674.

Most likely replace the shield with a more consistent skill that can be used from cover, like the turret or drone.

i'll recommend full skill build for any PVE situations, including legendary. If you are not a fan of hide and peek, all red DPS with unbreakable is a good alternative.

Use perfect glass cannon providence chest piece and Hana U perfect combined arms backpack. Spotter on the chest piece works well too but I haven't tried it yet.

Try to find providence pieces with crit chance, crit dmg and skill dmg. Then roll em to skill tier.

The boss at the end of DUA will really mess you up with this build. So steer clear of him.

InSync is not an amplifier, it raises your All Weapoms Damage from 65% to 95%, nevertheless it´s a very strong talent. it´s only topped by Eyeless, Ignite and Sadist, because these 3 are (to my surprise) in fact damage amplifiers

Yeah it's called don't use striker. 3 piece striker is awful for PVE. Plus use the hollow man with your PVE DPS build drastically decreases time to kill against NPCs

I'm a bit confused.. Weapon with In Sync but no skills that attack. So you don't get extra damage on weapon. You only get 15% damage to skills that aren't doing any damage. Did some testing with working In Sync and much more crit dmg, about 10% less head shot dmg, all pieces red. And did about same dmg with P416 to head as I did with 4 red SMG to body. Sounds weak

I didn't go for the kneepads. Instead, I kept the 3 providence pieces. This builds trully melts enemies. Even named ones. Jesus. I'm not using Concussion, but because of lack of it on my inventory. I have vigilance that gives me 25% weapon damage.

I try to many combination of builds nothing works conflict is full of hackers players without armour are put pve builds and kill you easy but when you shoot them their armour is not going down this is not possible
