We all love new DJ gear...but It's incredible how Pioneer RAPES the consumers into buying basically the SAME gear just by adding some minor features.

DJ PROMO - That’s kinda harsh. Denon, Numark, Apple , Samsung, LG and whom ever else does minor upgrades to their products does the same too. Rape means it’s against your will. You can chose not to buy them.

Consumers dont have to buy it. I know dudes that are still running their sx with no plans of upgrading. I happened to buy this because it was a huge upgrade from my sr. It's really stupid how some consumers buy shit they don't need.

Cool demo.... I have the DDj SX2 and love it but to move forward i would bounce over to the DDJ 1000 as an upgrade.... I use Rekordbox with it and like that better than Serato.

The writings are on the wall with Pioneer and Serato. Why is it all the Pioneer Serato Controllers still look the same with new features but all the cool gear goes to Rekordbox. They could’ve at least added a Magvel Fader in this. The DDJ-1000 should’ve been the DDJ-SX3. It’s only a matter of time before Pioneer drops Serato.

They won't drop Serato any time soon. Pioneer likes to cater to all DJs who uses any type of software. They still hold a strong relationship with Serato.
