It's a Charging Port Protector. It comes with the dji Multifunctional Charging handle. Was not easy to find information on this. Unfortunately doesn't look like they sell just that.

No, not you too... money doesn't stink... yes, but your community will buy this junk. The Action5 only lasts 4 hours because the camera only has a bitrate of 60. An action cam with a bitrate of 60 is a bad joke. The Action5 doesn't even have half the dynamic range that the Hero13 has. And yes, the Action5 doesn't heat up as quickly... normal with a bitrate of only 60. Please, please don't repeat everything you have to promote... screw the money
