One of the dlcs bungie forced players to buy at the launch of forsaken, then removed the requirement of having to own those dlcs, then took out most of the content from those dlcs out of the game and recycled those weapons under 2 season passes for 10$ each. So glad I never bought this dlc and just licensed share with my friend but bungie seriously needs to compensate players.

Got the full armor set, more snipers and shotguns than I could ever need, but never THE one weapon I wanted. Warmind gave me my favorite exotic in D2. It has literally been on the character I was playing ever since I got it. The Polaris Lance is beauty and efficiancy personified for me. I get it, im a weirdo. I also loved Curse of Osiris, and never minded double primaries. I enjoy it more now of course, but I just spent hours running around whatever planet tickled my fancy. A simple but exciting way to liven the game up would be to allow players to pick up downed enemy's weapons and even make them craftable with perks that have that enemy's theme, i.e. cabal, hive, fallen, etc. And it would great to look like a hive or cabal and so on, so have items drop as transmogs that you can equip on any character and look like an enemy! If we are gonna be crafting potions in Episode 2 in October, then go all in like that.
@oxsilaАй бұрын
That kind of takes away the shine of the times where we get exotic weapons like the cabal scout rifle, the ex duris hive boomer gun etc. If you can just pick them all up, the exotics never need to be made and I like that exotic have that special thing about them.

I do wonder what happened to the work gods. Bungie doesn't really touch that subject anymore just like the Nine. Xol was the only one we directly killed. Akka was killed by Oryx off screen. Xita was later on added as the "worm mother" and indirectly killed when we killed Rhulk. And Ahsa is basically a Proto-worm who has escaped aged ago. So what's up with Eir,Ur and Yul? I just remember that we had a cutscene of a worm god cornering the Traveler(Season of the Lost) but thats about it. Hopefully we get more info about them in Episode 3.
@antonprokhorov8769Ай бұрын
Worm gods are Seth Dickinson 'inventions" (along with the sword logic and huge chunk of Savathun's lore) and he no longer works for the Bungie, it seems that WQ was his last contribution. So, other writers doesn't want to touch this stuff (along with the Nine, Concordat, warminds and other D1/D2 2017-2019 topics), only more modern ones like Witness.

I see three Warmind-related alternatives to the title: "The DLC that Escalated Destiny," seeing as it saw the devs commit to making then-existing D2 a better product than what it had been in Red War and Osiris. "The DLC that Resurrected Destiny," as Warmind is what brought D2 back from the brink after it was, as your previous video is titled, "killed" by Curse of Osiris, and Nokris' main trait is that he was a heretic for practicing necromancy, i.e. resurrecting the dead. "The DLC that Heralded Destiny," as Nokris' full title is "Nokris, Herald of Xol," and the improvements brought in Warmind could be considered a preview for the Destiny 2 golden age that Forsaken would usher in. (Sidenote: IMO you should've gone with "the DLC that Cursed Destiny" for Curse of Osiris, as though it just about did kill the game, I think "killed Destiny" may be better suited for Lightfall, given how its failure is directly responsible for the layoff-laden tailspin Bungie has been in for the past year, a tailspin which threatens to be the end of the franchise as we know it)
