He put mass on his calves from all the leg work, but that was it. He looked the same he did when he fought Shields.

You know the thing about people trying too hard to put on a good image are bad people trying to redeem themselves? Outwardly negative people have nothing to hide, but all you can tell is that they were in a rough environment growing up. Psychology 101

GSP is not on roids. I noticed most people that say any kind of athletic person is on roids, have never worked out consistently in their life and don't realize how easy it is to just get naturally muscular. The guy has been training since he was 16, and his natural walk around weight is 190-200 pounds. In fact you compare GSP now to GSP 5-8 years ago you can see he is losing muscle definition because of age and losing testosterone, yet he still puts in hours at the gym each day.

Again, you confused or just yapping. GSP is in his physical prime. He is not "losing mass" because of "age or testosterone" at *THIRTY-TWO* years old. He said himself that he put on weight before the Condit fight; he used the time off while rehabbing to add mass and improve his already exemplary conditioning.

I agree the most beautifully crafted body was against Condit but I do understand why he said he's losing mass but did you see him last night he looked muscular similar to when he fought Penn2 and Fitch(not as muscular),GSP is ripped and muscular ppl need to understand come weigh in, he 170 fight time 190/195 it's water weight and his S/C,O-WL, Gymnastics, Track/Field conditioning is why his body and legs are excellent.I think cameras play tricks cause in the cage he looks big but in camp small

Oh, and to demonstrate that youre ignorant; the calves are generally an area to which most people, even pro bodybuilders have problems adding mass. Unless youre doing specific isolation movements, you cant add mass to JUST your calves....and GSP wasnt doing repetitive hypertrophy work on his calves - Ive seen his workouts and those types of movements are completely contrary to the concept of functional strength, which is what GSP engages in with gymnastics, and Olympic lifting in particular.

That and he would look bigger and bigger each time we see him fight. If anything compared to 7 years ago GSP is losing muscle definition due to age and losing testosterone. He is still fit and muscular from all his training, but like all fighters he is slowly losing a bit of mass.

Diaz is scared, couldnt find him for days when Dana was looking for him, he could have fought GSP earlier than this, that tough guy talk will disappear after this fight or he will say GSP cheated in some way, hope he gets beat and shuts up, he can then go and smoke a doobie and whine abut losing

I really feel like people like you don't even watch the fights just claim you do because i can't even think of a fight where GSP didn't win in every aspect of the fight including the stand up yet he's overrated

I can't wait for Diaz to lose so I can read all the excuses from his fans. The guy is overrated and after he loses I will be glad I won't have to hear about him again for a long time. I bet Diaz threatens to retire or quit, and act like a drama queen to try to get his rematch like he did with Condit. Even though he tested positive for marijuana so even if he would of won, he would of been stripped of the interim belt anyway.
