Em and 50 were already being sought after by major execs (just like Kendrick) and they chose Dre but they already were on the cusp of blowing up. If you believe that, then Puff created more stars cause he introduced more people to nobodies than Dre. Dre has even said, Em saved his career. 🤫

I'm sure Justin Timberlake would give Timbaland a ton of credit for him becoming a star, although he was already making noise with N'sync. Because Dre's production helps an artist sell records, doesn't mean he made them a star. Dre has produced plenty of songs for people. Did Kanye make John Legend a star? Manny Fresh make Lil Wayne a star? Come on man, when artists ALREADY have a following, they are gonna blow, it's just a matter of how big. Who they align themselves with determines the trajectory, we are talking about already talented artists.

Those were the days. When the Chronic came out i was 13 years old. That CD was amazing and still is. Then Doggystyle came out. Those two albums changed the game and i remember wanting both albums so bad. Watching Dre Day on MTV,nuthin but a G thang baby,snoops whats my name and Gin and juice were all major hits that i would watch the videos for. Such a great time to be a teenager and a fan of good music. The early to mid 90's were a special time for anyone. The Bulls and MJ,Baseball was great,49ers vs Cowboys rivalry,Deathrow records were amazing,MTV was bumping,In Living Colour was great and award shows were fun to watch and the OJ Simpson trial had everyone engrossed. Heaven for me would be to relive the 90's in a loop😂😂.

Snoop left because Suge refused to make him president of the label while Suge was locked up. Suge having bloods around the label wasn’t the cause of his downfall & all of the artists already had pending cases that had nothing to do with Suge’s entourage.

Long-term, they should have transitioned to a stable, corporate musical label. The Deathrow Records story is a sad, sad one. With all the great music, it is tainted with death, jail time, gang-banging, scandals, unpaid monies etc.

DOC’s story is a trip. He was a rapper at the top of the game. His livelihood and career was strictly because of his words and voice. Then tragedy strikes and he has an accident, which he ends up surviving, but loses the one thing that made him who he was… his voice. Wow. Talk about a test from God. I hope he turns into a positive.

The Chronic built Death Row. But All Eyez On Me saved Death Row. So you cant discredit Pac for s&&&. Because Death Row was living off of Dre and Snoop for every f&^^^ release after The Chronic. Which is why 1995 Death Row will be remembered for Dre's Keep Their Heads Ringin single. Not That Dogg Pound's Lets Play House and The bs Dogg Food album. Because Dogg Pound's debut album was a flop when it came to Death Row's album standards. In 1995, Bone Thugs N Harmony and Ruthless wrapped circles around Death Row. Death Row was finished until Pac came in and saved Death row for 1996.

It would certainly be interesting for to him try a couple songs that way and hear how it comes out. The AI tracks I have heard are not perfect, but still it is impressive, what they are able to do.
