it's sad how true that is Y_Y. To be honest tho, this dude is entertaining AF, I tried watching other streamers that do GTA but none of them can hold a candle to this pepega. He plays this like he's the main character and everybody else are NPCs and it shows. Everyone else just stays out of trouble or tries to. This fool goes all out 15-24 hours a pop, non stop action. It's great entertainment given how everyone is at home bored. If he was not entertaining, he wouldn't pull 100k people for entire days. I'm not one to donate (cuz I'm broke for now) and cradle balls but, love him or hate him, he keeps the vibe alive in that server, everyone else acts like it's their second life/job, like have some fun damn.

To be honest he can probably take lawful action against that Judge, making it so a GOOD judge would actually have to do the trial. He would 100% need a laywer though. The best one being Benjamin Crane (Roleplay Character) especially if Weston (the judge in the "peanut gallery" in white that was giving advise / talking to X) was judge. 100%. Hire a lawyer irl to help ingame. You'll hire him irl to hire him in the game to represent you- and even if you only do it once- I'm telling you that twitch & youtube would LOVE IT. It would be extremely entertaining. Just keep it going according to the rules of roleplay- and you'll be good. One last thing- I find it both unrealistic and possibly against the general rules of conduct to straight up tell a Defendant to meet him later to "teach him how to dress" as a Judge. That may sound like a small thing- but when it's completely unnecessary, has no relevancy to the case, and the court session already started- the Judge shouldn't make any comments like that. Unless the roleplayer's intention is for their character to act unprofessional and unrealistic regarding the job they major/invest in- they probably shouldn't do that. Idk.

I wish I was his attorney lawyer, He technically can pay $10k whenever he wants as the Judge never specified when during court. Anything said outside of court does not apply. He could have appealed the case and asked for another Judge due to bias. If the person is too broke to pay you can also say that it is a violation of human rights due to unusual and cruel punishment, becoming free from the payment or reducing the fine.

It’s not that it takes an image, it’s two things: that Jean Paul has a history of grand theft auto, and that he posted a picture on Twatter of the DOC car insinuating the fact that he fed it to the kraken. These two facts, his criminal history and his Twatter picture, are what make it *likely*, based on a *preponderance of evidence*, that Jean Paul is liable. It’s a civil suit, so it does not need to be evident beyond a reasonable doubt. @@vicchung your not allowed to use past crimes to make a decision on a current case according to the constitution, so you instantly lose there. posting a picture on twatter doesn't "insinuate" since its all speculation, people make jokes on twatter, but it doesnt mean its true. plus first amendment, freedom of speech, allows this. and like i said they cant bring up past criminal records unless The crime was punishable by death or a prison sentence of greater than 1 year The crime involved fraud or dishonesty which none was applied because it was a civil case, so no jail sentence and no fraud/dishonesty.
