Wow, this affected me a lot more than I expected it to. I haven't even seen all the original shows yet but the sadness in the Doctor's eyes is apparent in each one of his incarnations. No matter what, in some ways he will always be alone.

I think this is the best Doctor+Companion video I've seen. This is seriously the perfect song, because (most of) the Doctor's companions are like children to him, and he really just gets to see a glimpse of their lives before something happens and they leave for some reason. I also love the affect you used on the New!Who stuff so that there wasn't a stark contrast to the clips from the classics. Nicely done. Also the "Save it from the funny tricks of time" part with Sarah Jane is my favorite.

I personally feel that the saddest times in Doctor Who are when companions are FORCED to leave the Doctor, by either the Doctor or by something else (like the Time Lords *growl*). But it was a very beautiful video, albeit it made me cry D: I hate it when it does that.
