I love the way the woman realized what was going on with Oreo, now Oscar, and didn't give up on him but understood that he was nervous and stressed. Marvelous dog person!

And she seemed to understand that the snap was a form of communication and that he didn’t really want to hurt her. I’m so glad she took him, I think a lot of adopters would have been put off! But he’s clearly so comfortable and happy with her now ❤

The audio is way too loud, starting at around 20: really annoying, can’t hear the voices, just the loud music.
