There's really so much to cover about this guy but I applaud you for having the courage and insight to share this chapter in history. There's no way 10 minutes is enough. He didn't kill the dogs because he hated the barking.... The dogs were garbage scavengers, spread disease, are not good at killing rats, and actively killed cats that hunted the rats. Dogs do not belong in a desert urban environment. The ancient egyptians figured this out.
