Seems like almost everyone works in real estate in Austin.

Take it from me - THEY DO! 😂 It’s all about who you click with, and who you like working with.

as an Austinite i think the Domain is just a real estate property, its literally owned by 2 real estate companies the north and south side are owned by separate investors. . its just a bunch of 5 over one apartments. yes the traffic is bad. once i was leaving work and accidently drove into the domain and it took me an hour to leave i just wanted to go home lmao. another time it took 40 mins to drive around the block.

Thanks, great stuff guys! I'm relocating to Austin for my new job so I'm thinking of renting for a few months (6-12 months) before buying a house, so I was looking at the Domain, since my new office is there.

I was born and raised in Austin, and I've been going to the domain since the original area opened back in like 2005-2006 maybe 2007, but in my opinion the original area seems to have been somewhat neglected since they opened up the new areas. I mean there are still a lot of people that go to the original area, but they eventually just find their way to the new area.

That kind of sounds like the Legacy area in north Plano. When they opened up Legacy West which is the new area, people tend to be drawn to that area now.

Thanks for the video! I’m moving 10 minutes from the domain this summer from Chicago! Videos like this are helpful & inspirational so thanks to all you for doing something like this, it makes a difference! I only know a couple people out there and have never been lol. I’m transferring remote from my current job but it’s unfortunately high stress and low pay since the pandemic. What sales jobs, tech jobs would you recommend ?? Thanks!

I am actually planning on moving to Austin by the end of the year and what apartments at the domain would you recommend to me? Sounds perfect for me, everything walking distance cause I don't drive.

Nice video. I'm thinking of getting my real estate license. Do you have any recommendations on what I should use it for or what kind of real estate to get into?
@LivingInAustinTeam3 жыл бұрын
That would depend on who you are as a person! Most people prefer residential, others prefer the more “cutthroat” world of commercial. Farm & ranch can be lucrative as well! It’s all about finding your niche and learning your strengths.

It’s a manufactured area. Austinites do go there - it’s got some decent restaurants (upscale chains) and shops but it’s so plastic. I prefer and live in an older neighborhood in Austin.
