If you're wondering why the cross on the medkit is green and not red like in the game, it's because the red cross icon belongs to the Red Cross organisation and we're not really supposed to use it without permission - even for something innocuous as a first aid item. I decided to play it safe and used a different colour.

IMO it's worst to pick megasphere when low on health just before finding a bunch of medikits and get 110, then have to go back and for health. This case happend much more often

You can pick them up because they count towards the end level item pickups. So even if you have full hp and armor, if you don't pick it up you won't get 100% items.

Ehh... I have to admit that the end result for this left me feeling a little underwhelmed. The gag didn't feel as funny as I had hoped, the animation length was shorter than I would have liked and I was having some issues sourcing sound effects which was dragging out production. In the end I had to cut my losses and upload it, chalk it down as experience and move on. Oh well. So anyway!
