Hoo boy. It's been a while, hasn't it viewers? Allow me to explain my relative absence for the past... year and a bit? Blimey that's a long time. (note that this is basically a direct cut-and-paste from a response I made for a comment in another video. It covered the main points I wanted to get across so figured I'd reuse it.) It all basically boils down to money and my need to make a living. For years I've been working full time in the animation industry. This however leaves me with little time and energy for my own work once I get home. I would love nothing more than to do my KZbin stuff full time but I'm in a catch 22 situation where I don't have the time to create content, meaning the content I do make doesn't earn enough revenue to be able to take some time off to really knuckle down and get to work. Speaking of revenue, from about March-ish last year saw a huge increase in traffic to my content. I had multiple videos see hundreds of thousands of view and I'm highly appreciative of you all watching my stuff. However short-form videos don't net much in the way of revenue on KZbin. Twelve months from that initial March 2018 spike, I only earned a little over $400. And that's the period where I received the majority of views. Hence the reason I've had to focus on full-time employment elsewhere. I do have a Patreon, but I have not had a single Patron in the time I first launched it. Mind you I did neglect it for quite some time due to other commitments, so maybe that's a reason for the lack of support. I've recently tweaked and re-launched my Patreon and will do my best to supply it with content, so hopefully things will be different. At the time of writing, I've just finished my contract with an animation studio and have a little bit of free time to get back to work on my content, but will need to find employment soon after. I've reached something of a make-or-break moment regarding my solo-content career. With the animation industry operates in my part of the world, it's been necessary for me to jump around from state to state to chase the next animation contract. However I've come to the decision that this is not something I can sustainably keep doing. I've moved five times in the past 10 years and it's not a pattern I can keep up for the next several decades of my employment life. I need to be able to settle in one place which means I'll have to abandon my animation career and instead may have to focus on a Civil Engineering job (for which I have a qualification for). The pay would be higher and more dependeble, but as a longer-term full time job it's possible I'd have even less time for my animation, graphic novel and everything else I've been trying to promote on my Patreon. Plus, I really don't wanna have to work in the engineering industry. Animation is way more fun. So to sum up my point, I really want to keep going with my personal creative career. I enjoy doing it and I'm happy that you all seem to enjoy it too, but if I'm to continue, I really need the financial support. Without it, I may need to give up my YouTubing altogether. I understand people may not have spare money to throw around and my lack of recent content makes my Patreon a harder sell, but the best I can do is explain my situation for you to do use that information as you will.

If you're going to incorporate current doom with your videos then here's an idea. Doomguy meets doom slayer. They show each other how to kill demons. Doomguy shows the funny way and doom slayer shows the sick way I.E. ripping demons in half and stuff like that. Edit: at the time of this comment, it was just doom 2016 and nothing said at the time that it's been the same person all this time until doom eternal.

We actually don't know if they're the same yet. There are a lot of hints, but no confirmation and a lot of continuity snarls if 2016 is a continuation rather than a reboot. Not that DOOM ever cared all that much for continuity.
