Eventually, as the only individual running throughout the doorless library, you'll slowly become mad, seek interaction and all you'll have are those faceless, stationary mannequins that will be your only company since you cannot escape. Eventually, the psychosis will take hold and you will resort to talking to the mannequins and actually think that they are alive.. 😳🥴🤯

Dammit, last time the doors were gone, I had to go through the entire process for the books I checked out. I even had to bury them in the roots of a 1000+ year old Oak, alongside a freshly killed dove and not less than 10ml of my own blood. Wouldn't recommend, try a nice local place instead. Unless you *really* need the specialist stuff.

Your English is fine. I use FL Studio, AmbientGrains and Ambient by Audiobulb, most often. Also Audacity for the final mastering.

Cymbals, gongs, metal creaks, industrial sounds, etc. are all good, but the key is really granulation. AmbientGrains and Ambient by Audiobulb work wonders for that. Also, try short-wave radio signals. The thing I do that's a bit more involved is I will apply very subtle layered distortion. So, place a flange or slow-moving chorus on a sound, then distort it slightly, then reverb and stereo echo it. Things like that are a big part of the sound. But if you can work with Audiobulb's "Ambient" program, that makes all sorts of insane cool sounds out of just about any source.

The trick is to make electronic sounds become organic by increasing the "noise" or "variation" within them. That's usually through distortion, tape warble effect, chorus, flange, phaser, etc. A lot of dark ambient may sound over-standardized because they're mainly using basic keyboard synth sounds without ruining them with layers of effects.

@@wiizero4422 No, I find a thumbnail, then I get music from my catalogue that fits with it. Sometimes this involves altering the music itself, creating a new composition in the process. I'll layer two existing tracks on top of each other, slow tracks down, re-reverb tracks, etc. until it feels right to me. Sometimes existing tracks work fine.
