One tip if you're going to use this put Botany Knowledge With this perk and the Green Med-Kit you can get the Syringe active in 8 sec this means the killer can't wait for the enduring to run out because you will be heal up

I love doing this and have been doing it for months, but I add another part to the sequence. This is how I've always done it even though there are other options like the one here, but with the recent DH nerf it's now the literal only way it works lol. It goes: get unhooked, take BT or OTR hit, second wind activates and heals deep wounds (it's second wind, get that "renewal" crap outta my face), pop medkit with styptic and syringe, take styptic endurance hit, syringe heals deep wounds, dead hard. Another layer you could add (which I did with a friend once and it was awesome) is have a friend with a styptic medkit and add a DS at the end. When I did it, we were on yamaoka estate, the open exit gate was on the polar opposite side of the map, and I was getting facecamped by a nurse. Got rescued, took BT hit, second wind healed, popped my medkit, took styptic hit, syringe heal, DH hit, hopped in locker just in time, DS, friend applied styptic, and I got out. Would've been downed right at the entrance to the exit gate if not for the second styptic. It was epic.
