Guess what there were others who came up with this type of design and it worked. I know cause we lived in one; mind you there was heat but there was that exact "flounder house" design, with shades and an overhang on the south side of the house, none of this Glauber salts stuff, but the form of the house was exactly this. Folks nearby thought it looked crazy but then their electric bills were high and ours were not. Thanks for this but remember it was not the only one in that era. BTW our house was inhabited for 45 years straight.
